Job description
Within this position you form the link between biology and technology. You test and validate new functionalities and analyze measurement data. Within the development projects you deal with application-related issues and translate this into product specifications. You also write white papers and contribute to publications. As an application scientist you are responsible for:
- Optimization of our instruments for different applications
- Testing and validating the products and services
- Assisting our clients with scientific issues
- Writing white papers
- Informing scientists, by means of workshops, demonstrations
Profile
You graduated in biomedical engineering. You feel at home at the interface of biology and technology. You are enthusiastic and take initiative. Next you are
- able to set up and carry out experiments in a structured manner
- able to display and analyze data in a structured way
- both oral and written communication skills in both Dutch and English
