  • Artemis ST Single Transwell 12 wells

    Price upon request

The Artemis ST is an impedance spectrometer / TEER detector that is unique in its compatibility with the conventional workflow of biologists and researchers. A single transwell plate with 12 inserts can be measured in a single run. Conventional transwell plates with inserts, from CellQart, Corning, Greiner etc, are perfectly suitable for measurements with the Artemis. Monitor the barrier integrity, while the cell culture is located inside the incubator. The Artemis ST software is intuitive and ready to go. The workflow is organized such that the metadata is stored together with the measurement data. Select the wells of interest and start measuring.

Yes, the transwell plates can be placed inside the Artemis plate holder. The device can automatically read-out the entire plate by performing TEER and impedance spectroscopy measurements on all wells.

Yes, in addition to the standard configuration, Locsense can provide interfacing to microfluidic chips, or organs-on-chip.

Yes, the Artemis can perform time-lapse measurements, e.g. for a period of 24 hours or 72 hours with time intervals varying from several minutes to hours or days.

Yes the Artemis is compatible with the incubator. The cells can be placed inside the incubator, while the Artemis detector is placed on top of the incubator.
